Founded in 1978, the Mathaushek Council 1576 of the Knights of Columbus has served as a pillar of faith, service, and community in Union, Missouri. Our lounge and bakery have been open to neighbors, families, and visitors for decades — a place where the coffee is always fresh, the bread comes out of the oven each morning, and everyone is welcome at the table.
Every purchase supports the council's charitable work, from youth scholarships and parish outreach to disaster relief and community assistance programs. When you shop with us, you're investing in something that goes beyond the counter.
